Barrington Hall Murals – Screen Shots

Youtube give sue “The Walls of Barrington Hall,” a “film” by Clark Morris.  It was made in 1988.  The production values are crude.  But – it gives an undeniable sense of the chaos that was Barrington.   These are screen shots from the movie:Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 2.00.39 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 2.00.52 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 2.01.28 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 2.01.47 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.57.54 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.58.20 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.59.15 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.56.17 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.56.29 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.59.31 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.56.49 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.59.44 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.57.04 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 2.00.19 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.55.41 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.55.50 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.56.06 PM Screen Shot 2014-12-05 at 1.57.33 PMMy friend was fascinated with these photos.  He went to his room and came back with a small black and white picture.

Residents of Barrington Hall at a beer bust during the FSM period.

“That’s me at Barrington in ’64.  Beer night.  Free speech was going strong.  It hadn’t got so weird yet.”  The “That’s me” part is subject to debate.  He claims to be the dark head at the very right of the photo, seen over a shoulder.  I am not convinced.  Whatever.

Good enough.  But what about the screenshots?

Spent a wild 2 days partying at Barrington in spring 1982. One dorm had 3 bands living there!
